The Northeast MN Continuum of Care (COC) is a broad coalition of community residents and organizations that work together toward ending homelessness in Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, and Lake Counties.

The NE MN CoC meets from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on the second Thursday of every month at the IRRRB offices in Eveleth, MN. All meetings are open to the public and new members are encouraged to join.
