Congratulations to the Cloquet/Carlton HRA on the White Pine Apartments project being funded by MHFA!

In partnership with Commonwealth Development, the Cloquet/Carlton HRA received an award of $6,375,046 for development, which is scheduled to begin April 2017! This three-story 35-unit apartment building will be located in the heart of Cloquet. Seven of the units will be designated as supportive housing. The HRA will provide 7 Project Based Vouchers for the LTH units and HDC will provide the Support Services for these 7 units.
