What is the Homeless Point-in-Time Count?

The Homeless Point-in-Time Count (PIT count) is an annual count of all unsheltered and sheltered persons experiencing homelessness on a given night in January.  The PIT Count will be on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 this year.

Information gathered during this count is used to inform decisions about the current needs of the local homeless population and about the resources needed to meet those needs.
